5 maintenance, inspection and precautions

1 maintenance

1.1 regular checks:

A) check the relay action is normal B) check the signal and indicating whether normal; c) check points, closing and storage can supply is normal.

1.2 annual inspection and maintenance items:

A) check one, the two circuit connection point is loose, overload; b) with the European table test interphase, on the ground of the insulation, observe whether there is damage, aging;

C) to eliminate dust, foreign matter; d) to do a good job of the inspection records.

1.3 after each move is re installed, should be fully checked and tested.

2 maintenance and matters needing attention

When the abnormal phenomenon or a part is not normal, it is necessary to outage overhaul or replacement, maintenance must be disconnected on the first level of isolation switch, and linked to a reliable grounding wire, to confirm the power, can enter the overhaul.

6 transportation and storage

The factory prefabricated substation migration, be divided into several transport units for transport, if installed SF6 circuit breaker, it should be deflated to zero gauge pressure.

This product should be stored in ventilated, dry, non corrosive gas sites.
