12 installation, use and maintenance

Pre installed substation in the installation, acceptance, transfer test, test, operation and maintenance and other aspects of the power sector in addition to the requirements of the implementation of the provisions, but also pay attention to the following matters:

A, the user should be carefully checked by the relevant provisions of the product, the product is not immediately installed, should be in accordance with the normal use of conditions, stored in the appropriate places.

B, the product should be used at the bottom of the hoist lift, as shown in Figure 3

(4) whether the electrical auxiliary contact is reliable and accurate;

(5) the accuracy of the meter and relay operation;

(6) ratio and connection of instrument and transformer polarity is correct;

(7) all the electric appliance mounting nut is tightened, whether the installation is firm and reliable;

(8) whether the bus connection is good, its support insulator, clip pieces are installed reliably;

(9) whether the setting value of the electric appliance meets the requirements, whether the fuse core specification is correct or not;

(10) whether the contact of the main circuit and the auxiliary circuit is in accordance with the requirements of the electrical schematic diagram.

F, maintenance

(1) all components of the product are maintained according to their respective technical requirements;

(2) if the selection of the transformer oil immersed, every year should be required to make at least one oil sample analysis examination;

(3) in the operation of the high side switch equipment, after 20 times with load or 2000 times without load switching operations should be check contact and destroy arc device loss degree and found abnormal shall promptly repair or replacement;

(4) automatic tripping of low-voltage switchgear, check analysis tripping, stay after troubleshooting, in order to re operation;

(5) a preventive test should be carried out every year before the arrival of the thunderstorm season;
